This week was a very exciting one for the church of the Nazarene here in Peru. On Tuesday night, together with General Superintendent Dr Deihl and Regional Director Dr Sarmiento, 9 pastors (7 men and 2 women) were ordained. These new pastors came from four districts in Peru, and traveled to Lima with their families and District Superintendents from the northern coast, the mountains and the northern jungle to celebrate their ordination. This now means that there are now 260 Peruvian ordained elders ministering in the country of Peru.
