Yes, we are in the UK. We have spent a week here so far trying to navigate the windy roads of the UK! We have had some great services so far and have enjoyed seeing family, friends and making new contacts.
The word from the field is that the three Peruvian missionaries that left for Cuzco, Puno and Puerto Maldonado (Rev. Barco, Rev. Alcantara, Rev. Zapata respectively) are doing well. Each along with their families have settled into their new homes and surroundings and are starting to make friends, contacts and cell groups in order to start the work of the church of the Nazarene in the areas. There was a vacation bible school held in Cuzco in January (the summer holidays in Peru) which attracted many children from the area and saw a handful of children giving their lives to the Lord (see picture below). We continue to pray for these new missions efforts in the South.
Jonathan is still doing well with the traveling. There remains the odd day that seems to overwhelm him, although that can be said for his mummy & daddy too! He is enjoying the UK, especially his Grandma & Grandpa, Gramy & Gramps and of course Heinz beans on toast.
